They must be in sheet form (sheet or rolls).<\/p>\n<h3>Tools (Moulds)<\/h3>\n<p>They may be made of the following materials<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aluminium: Undefined life cycle. For long series. Provides good finish for parts.<\/li>\n<li>Resin: Prototype phase. Short series.<\/li>\n<li>Wood: Practically in disuse today. The atmospheric pressure on the plastic makes it adapt to the mould.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15021\" src=\"https:\/\/www.plasnor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/tec7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"165\" height=\"110\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cooling<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>With an internal mould cooling circuit and fans, the plastic is cooled. Once sufficiently cooled, the vacuum is turned off.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15025\" src=\"https:\/\/www.plasnor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/tec8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"165\" height=\"110\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Removal from mould<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The plastic is removed from the moulding machine.
