We have a mechanical workshop to maintain and modify moulds, which allows us to act in agile fashion during the product and prototype development phase.
There is the possibility of using inserts in the moulds to manufacture different references with one sole mould. In some cases, it is possible to manufacture different part models with one same mould, using different machining programmes.
For long series, moulds with several cavities may be used.
Depending on the case at hand, it may be necessary to use countermoulds to correctly finish the part.
