At Plasnor, we continue moving toward a more sustainable production model. In 2025, we took a key step in our environmental strategy by calculating our carbon footprint for the first time, reaffirming our commitment to ecological responsibility.
The carbon footprint represents the total amount of greenhouse gases (GHG) emitted directly or indirectly as a result of our activities. This calculation, expressed in tons of CO₂ equivalent, allows us to better understand the environmental impact of our daily operations.
Thanks to the official “Calculo” label from the Ministry for the Ecological Transition, we now have a key tool to monitor our emissions and design improvement plans that bring us closer to more responsible and environmentally friendly practices.
Measuring our emissions is not just about complying with regulatory requirements, it is a firm commitment to continuous improvement and the fight against climate change. This is only the first step on a journey we are determined to take toward cleaner, more efficient, and more conscious production.
