Solids & metallics

Our Premium Acrylic sheets offer maximum scratch resistance on non-lacquered surfaces, double the standard resistance on the market. In addition to their characteristic mirror effect and the highest gloss rating available on the market, much superior to other technologies, at Plasnor we have the widest range of colours, more than 50 in total.

As if that wasn´t enough, due to their composition, they are post-formable and allow an optimum finish on edges, making it possible to manufacture integrated handles with the same material.

Additionally, the surface can be easily repaired in the event of potential scratches.

The excellent level of colour stability of the Premium Acrylic sheets against UV exposure and their resistance to chemical agents, guarantee optimum product quality throughout their life.

The materials are PVC-free, non-toxic and recyclable, which encourages sustainability and environmental respect.

PRESENTATION

The premium Acrylic sheets are supplied with corona treatment on the underside to facilitate their adhesion with PUR glue. Correct handling and storage of the sheets is recommended to ensure they do not lose their properties.
The top side is supplied with a PE (Polyethylene) protective film to protect the material, which is removed once the furniture is installed.
In the supply of the Premium Acrylic sheets, adapted packaging is used in order to protect the material from knocks and dirt, both in transport and in handling.

COLOUR MATCHING

We have an extensive catalogue of more than 50 colours, solids and metallic, that we provide to our clients.
Now, we have launched a new collection of colours following the trends of the international markets.

We also have our own laboratory and produce our colour concentrate or Masterbatch.
This is why we can offer an exact match based on a RAL/PANTONE or a reference sample.

BACKING

For each of the colours in the catalogue of our Premium Acrylic sheets, we provide our clients the same colour in HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) in a thickness of 0.8 mm to be used as backing. A cost-effective, effective and elegant alternative in order to avoid the bending of boards.

HOW TO PROCESS THE MATERIAL?

For correct lamination of the Premium Acrylic sheets on board, it is necessary to use the right machine (Flatmal) and glue (PUR) and also have a space that meets the right characteristics in order to achieve optimum quality. If necessary, we can provide guidance or provide the corresponding contact details of possible suppliers to our clients or potential clients.
