At Plasnor we offer PACKAGING SOLUTIONS through thermoformed trays, with design capacity to optimize the space in the containers:

- Self-supporting solutions
We use specific materials for each tray application, such as:
- HDPE, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, PET.
Some of these materials are extruded at Plasnor and can include a colored band for project identification. We also prioritize the use of recycled materials and offer special applications such as ESD, fire requirements, etc. In addition, we optimize thicknesses during the prototyping phase.
We offer the possibility to include plastic or metal reinforcements, as well as foams, in our trays. We can also provide complete packaging including KLT, plastic container, etc.
We supply sheets for container separators and export worldwide, resulting in a significant reduction of transportation costs and CO2 emissions.
