Along with the advantage of having our own laboratory, the fact that we manufacture our colour concentrates (masterbatches) internally makes us colour specialists.
Once the formulas for the colours are defined in our laboratory, we prepare the masterbatches in machinery that is adapted to blend raw plastic material with additives and/or pigments, following previously-developed formulations.
In this fashion, we prepare a master batch that once again guarantees precision in colour tone, and optimum distribution in the later multi-layer co-extrusion process for sheets or rolls.
